Prices

All prices listed on our websites are in euros and include VAT.

Term

The outdoor escape can be played until players reach the end. Under no circumstances will a refund be granted. Ontdek Moerdijk reserves the right to make changes to or temporarily disable the outdoor escape at any time.

Use

Each Discover Moerdijk or other outdoor escape can only be used once. After completion of the escape, it is not possible to play it again. It is recommended to keep operating systems up to date, and Ontdek Moerdijk reserves the right to remain compatible only with the most recent systems.

Delivery

Access to the outdoor escape is provided immediately after payment. If you have not been given access, Ontdek Moerdijk will provide access to the outdoor escape as soon as possible. Sign this up by email info@ontdekmoerdijk.nl if you have not received access.

Liability

The design of Ontdek Moerdijk carefully takes into account the minimization of potential dangerous situations. Participants are responsible for their own safety and behavior during Ontdek Moerdijk.

Complaints

Complaints about the outdoor escape should be reported as soon as possible. Complaints regarding purchase, payment and delivery must be reported no later than 24 hours after the start. Complaints can be submitted via info@ontdekmoerdijk.nl and are treated within 48 hours.
